6. The drone operator must have safe control of the aircraft.
7. Flights are prohibited near airfields or airports, and in areas with low-flying aircraft or other aircraft.
8. Although specific drone insurance or liability insurance is not required by law in Spain, it is strongly recommended to have such insurance that also covers Spain as a vacation or foreign destination.
