EU Drone Regulation
The EU drone regulation generally specifies the following rules[1]: | |||||

General no-fly zones
Drone flights in Denmark are currently permitted under the following conditions:
- The drone must not weigh more than 25 kg and must not fly higher than 100 m. There must always be visual contact with the drone and all flight functions must be 100% under control.
The following distances must be observed:
- Military airports: 8 km
- Other airports: 5 km
- Buildings and private property: 150 m
- Roads/highways: 150 m
- Accident sites: 200 m
Drone flights in urban areas are only permitted if the drone is used for professional purposes.
