Although European drone law applies, permission from the owner is required when flying over houses. The following always applies

• UAS under 1200 g (UAS class C0, C1, C2 or under 250 g without C class) max. 50 AGL
• Only during daylight hours
• Permission from the property owner
• Notification of the flight
