General information

Flying in Warsaw is very difficult because there are many zones and you have to register every flight. Every flight must be registered at least 24 hours in advance at https://checkin.pansa.pl/. For more information, visit www.pansa.pl or contact PANSA Unmanned Aircraft Operations Department (drony@pansa.pl), phone:+48225745775

However, a Polish telephone number is required in the user account for flight registration. Hopefully this will change soon.

It is obligatory to create a flight plan in any CTR zone using PansaUTM system. After obtaining a permission (accepted flight plan) a pilot is obliged to check-in in the DroneTower app and wait for the flight approval from ATC.

We suggest getting a SIM card with a Polish phone number to legally report a drone flight.[1]
