There is an absolute ban on flying in Saudi Arabia.
You should not even think about taking your drone there on vacation. Even entering the country with a drone can cause considerable problems. The Air&More team also has a field report where a passenger was detained for a longer period of time after arriving with his drone at the airport in Saudi Arabia. This is not enough. Other sources even report potential imprisonment if you take your drone to Saudi Arabia.[1]
